When I Lost the Fish of a Lifetime

Was this the Columbia River Sturgeon that I lost???

I was fishing in the Columbia River in Oregon on a small dinghy. I switched to a pumpkin seed Gitzit salty mega tube. I made another nice cast and said, "If I don't get one soon,... WHOA! "I felt a huge tug on the line, and I set the hook." It was pulling the dinghy upstream! We would run the dinghy right over to it and I would pull it up. It would run down and tow us further upstream. Finally we decided to try and bring it to shore, and that's when it threw the hook. I didn't get to see it but it had to be a giant sturgeon. What else could it be?
